W skin-vestment Membership!

$99 (plus KY sales tax)

For a minimum of $99 month (you may choose more monthly depending on your aesthetics goals), an automatic payment is made from your credit card on file and added to your W Skin-vestment Bank. Use funds from your W Skin-vestment Bank for Injectable treatments like wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, Sculptra, and PRF injectables. Plus, members earn discounts and receive special pricing.

What’s Included

This monthly membership includes the following:

  • Save $1.00 off Tox (Botox/ Jeuveau and equivalent savings for Dysport)
  • Save 10% off HA Dermal Fillers
  • Save 5% off Retail in office
  • Specials during the year for members only
  • At 12 Month anniversary receive a Facial on us and a $50 Gift Card to Gift a friend/ Family member that is not a current client

    All your funds go directly towards treatments with no sign-up, membership or cancellation fee. The W Aesthetics team can make a payment recommendation based on your current injectable treatments to help you budget for your next treatment.  Your credit card will be automatically charged the 1st of each month and funds will be deposited to your W Skin-vestment Bank. The membership fee must be paid via credit card. We will not accept debit cards or cash.

    Terms & Conditions

    Listed prices do not include the 6% Ky sales tax that will be charged monthly with memberships / yearly subscriptions. All your funds go directly towards treatments. You may receive first Facial treatment after first payment after sign-up.  Monthly treatments can not be stocked up and must be redeemed every month,.

    Your credit card will be automatically charged the 1st of each month and funds will be deposited to your W Skin Society  membership.  The membership fee must be paid via credit card. We will not accept debit cards or cash.  The first charge will occur after signing up for the membership.

    W Skin-vestment Membership requires a minimum commitment of 6 months. If you cancel before the minimum commitment is met, you will be charged for the difference. 

    Prices are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be provided.

    In the chance of a life event, such as but not limited to, pregnancy or deployment, your membership perks and monthly payment will be paused until pregnancy is no longer indicated and/ or you are home from active duty. Each case will be reviewed and approved by owner/ manager.

    Payments

    On the 1st of each month, our Electronic Medical Aesthetic Record system (Aesthetic Records) will automatically attempt to charge the credit card(s) on file.

    If the payment is declined, the system will automatically attempt to charge the card again on Day 2 and Day 3.
    If payment fails on Day 1, our office will contact you via two forms of communication: phone, email, and or text to obtain updated payment information. A second attempt to reach you will be made on Day 2.

    If you fail to respond to our attempts to update your payment method, your W Skin-vestment Membership will be terminated. Any remaining balance in your
    membership wallet will not be refunded and will no longer be applicable toward retail purchases or in-office procedures.

    Holiday or Office

    Closure Exceptions:

    If the 1st of the month falls on a holiday or the office is closed for any reason:

    •  The system will still attempt to charge your card automatically.
    • Our office will contact you for updated payment information on the next business day.
    • If we are unable to reach you on the next business day, we will make one final attempt
      on Day 3.
    • If updated payment information is not provided by Day 3, your membership will be terminated, and any remaining balance will not be refunded or applicable toward future retail purchases or in-office procedures.

    If you do not have enough in your W skin-vestment Bank Membership to cover the cost of your treatment, simply pay the difference at the time of your appointment. If your treatment costs less than the balance in your W skin-vestment Bank, the money will remain in your W Skin-vestment Bank until next time. The discoutns offered with membership can not be combined with already discounted items or specials unless stated. Funds are non-transferable and non-refundable for cash. Only used for listed services provided at W Aesthetics.

    Skin Society Membership

    Cancellation Policy

    You may cancel your W Skin-vestment Membership at any time after the first 6 months. To cancel your membership, please email info@waestheticsky.com and provide 30 days notice. Our billing department will confirm cancellation with you. No other forms of cancellation will be considered. Funds in your W Skin-vestment Bank must be used within 90 days of cancellation or W Aesthetics reserves the right to withhold money in your account.
