Terms & Conditions

Listed prices do not include the 6% Ky sales tax that will be charged monthly with memberships / yearly subscriptions. All your funds go directly towards treatments. You may receive first Facial treatment after first payment after sign-up. Monthly treatments can not be stocked up and must be redeemed every month,.

Your credit card will be automatically charged the 1st of each month and funds will be deposited to your W Skin Society membership. The membership fee must be paid via credit card. We will not accept debit cards or cash. The first charge will occur after signing up for the membership.

Skin Society Membership requires a minimum commitment of 6 months. If you cancel before the minimum commitment is met, you will be charged for the difference and no future services will be rendered until cancelation fee of remaining months is paid. If you have paid for the membership annually cancellation can only be made after your year commitment. No refunds will be given.
Prices are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be provided. In the chance of a life event, such as but not limited to, pregnancy or deployment, move out of state, your membership perks and monthly payment will be paused until pregnancy is no longer indicated and/ or you are home from active duty. Each case will be reviewed and approved by owner/ manager.

Payments

On the 1st of each month, our Electronic Medical Aesthetic Record system (Aesthetic Records) will automatically attempt to charge the credit card(s) on file.

If the payment is declined, the system will automatically attempt to charge the card again on Day 2 and Day 3.
If payment fails on Day 1, our office will contact you via two forms of communication: phone, email, and or text to obtain updated payment information. A second attempt to reach you will be made on Day 2.

If you fail to respond to our attempts to update your payment method, your W Skin-vestment Membership will be terminated. Any remaining balance in your membership wallet will not be refunded and will no longer be applicable toward retail purchases or in-office procedures.

Holiday or Office

Closure Exceptions:

If the 1st of the month falls on a holiday or the office is closed for any reason:

The system will still attempt to charge your card automatically.
Our office will contact you for updated payment information on the next business day.
If we are unable to reach you on the next business day, we will make one final attempt
on Day 3.
If updated payment information is not provided by Day 3, your membership will be terminated, and any remaining balance will not be refunded or applicable toward future retail purchases or in-office procedures.

If you add services on at time of your monthly included facial service you will, simply pay the difference at the time of your appointment. The discounts offered with membership can not be combined with already discounted items or specials unless stated. Funds are non-transferable and non-refundable for cash. Only used for listed services provided at W Aesthetics.
